Mibis specialises in billing systems for telcos in the broadband and fixed-lines market sector. Taking orders directly from the point of sale through to payment of an end users final bill. Our service includes auto reconciliation against the cost of the service as charged by an ISP's wholesale provider. This important aspect of billing is often overlooked and, in the fast market environment in which we all work, can be a costly oversight!
Web based account management
We provide a managed billing product where, for a monthly administration fee per end-user, we will look after all aspects of an ISP's billing and collections. This includes providing end users with the ability to maintain their accounts on-line thus freeing up important resource. Full on-line reporting and analysis with real-time reporting and distribution by email. Full transparency of all financial transactions is provided at every level.
